Rachel Poss is the Customer Service Supervisor. She works with the team to provide excellent customer service. Rachel Poss joined Foxfire System Group in 2017 with a background in customer service, technology, and training. She has a Masters’ degree in business from Colorado Tech University. She worked as an ISTS Application Specialist where she conducted training and support before joining the Foxfire team. Rachel really enjoys crafting, sports, traveling, camping, relaxing, gardening, and spending time with her husband, Jason, and their adopted daughter, Malory.
