Foxfire's Training Starts with a Welcoming Smile
We know that training is key for a successful conversion to any new software. Rather than rely on self-help videos, our instructor-lead approach sets your team up for success by creating the confidence needed to implement a new system.
Here’s What to Expect
01. The Prep: We will introduce you to your dedicated trainer and get some information about your office so we can set up your database and get you ready for training! Your trainer will walk you through the training agenda and build a training schedule that works for your staff.
02. Training: 4-6 weeks. Your trainer will meet with your staff and work through each area of the software to ensure everyone is completely comfortable. Your entire staff will have access to your database so you can customize, and prepare for your go-live as you train!
03. Go-Live with Foxfire: You have prepared with our hands-on training. You have chosen a go-live date. You are ready! Your trainer will be by your side (virtually or in-person) the entire way. Our entire team is available for questions and we are always here for you.
04. Unlimited Support: Our support team is always ready to help. Anytime you have a question or need a solution, send us an email or give a call. We will be here for you, ALWAYS!
