Accomodations

Holiday Inn Sioux Falls City Centre (605) 339-200

A block of rooms is reserved for the FoxFire User Group Meeting for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. In order to reserve your room, contact the Holiday Inn Sioux Falls City Centre directly. When making your reservation, mention the FoxFire Systems Group party to get the discounted rates.

Room Rates: King Room – $94/night Double Queen – $94/night King Executive – $129

A shuttle to and from the Sioux Falls Regional Airport is available courtesy of the Holiday Inn. The shuttle runs every thirty minutes. You may also call ahead to schedule a shuttle pickup for your party.

Items To Bring

To be able to actively participate in this year’s trainings, you must bring a laptop. To get the most of out of the training, we will be accessing the software via remote desktop connection. Please bring your device with you when you register. At this time, a FoxFire staff member will ensure you are setup and appropriately connected for the trainings.

Presentations

As with previous years, all presentations will be provided electronically. Should you wish to follow along on a hard copy, you will need to print those for yourself prior to the meeting. An email with links to all the presentations will be provided closer to the event.

Attendee Meal Selection – Please Complete Form

Breakfast will be a plated meal both Friday and Saturday mornings. Attendees will have their choice between one of two breakfast options:

Holiday Inn Classic – Scrambled eggs with cheese, O’Brien potatoes and breakfast meat with warm muffins and butter

French Toast – Three slices of cinnamon swirl French toast served with fresh fruit and breakfast meat

Bacon will be served with both meals Friday and sausage will be served with both meals Saturday.
