Back in 1996, our company started a national search for
new medical software, as we perceived that our current software
was inadequate. During the search, a Sioux Falls company
approached us about having the change to evaluate our current
setup while we continued our search. Their evaluation and
the results of our search process showed us that our current
system was adequate for our current and future projected
needs.
During the evaluation process, the staff of Business Resources
acted in a very courteous and professional manner. They
went out of their way to help us to understand the features
of our system and to instruct us on how to use these features.
It was apparent to those of us on the search committee that
our current medical software support vendor had no idea
how our system was supposed to work. We immediately set
up a support relationship with Business Resources and they
went right to work correcting all of our system’s setup
errors. Also, they offered multiple on-site training classes
for all of our staff.
Since that time, they have helped us to evaluate all of
our hardware needs. They did not try to sell us something
just for the sake of a sale. Their staff continues to act
in a very courteous and professional manner every time that
we need something. They have an excellent staff that tries
to answer all of you questions in a manner that makes sense
to you and they try to get all of your programming needs
done in an expeditious manner. In addition, they are constantly
evaluation their own business to make sure that they have
all of the services that are important to all of their medical
clinics. They have truly become our one stop computer service
dealer.
With the impending implementation date of HIPPA fast approaching,
they stood right next to us and were very instrumental in
our quick and efficient HIPPA compliance. Every time we
had a question or a problem, they were right there to help
us with it. They continue to review our system and procedures
to make sure that we are HIPPA compliant.
I have no problems in recommending their products or services
to any clinic that feels they need a new computer system
or is even taking the first steps in adjusting to the computer
age. They constantly seem to have our best interest in mind
in everything that they do or recommend to us.
