Surgical Institute of South Dakota, P.C. chose the Mends-ICF Practice Management System offered by Business Resources, Ltd. in 1989 when we first computerized our patient billing function. We have since computerized the scheduling function. As such, we have 15 years of experience in dealing with the system, and the staff of Business Resources, Ltd.

That in itself should speak volumes as to our satisfaction with the software program as well as the support. Any problems that we may encounter are taken care of in a timely manner by support staff that is always professional. Over the years, we have had to replace our computer hardware, and we have found that Business Resources has always provided a competitive bid on the hardware needed, and they have always been there to install and troubleshoot the hardware. They have provided adequate training to my staff and are just a phone call away when questions arise.

We also presently utilize Business Resources as our vendor for filing claims electronically, and have good results with that endeavor.

Business Resources is committed to their product and the support of that product. We have attended their annual user’s group meetings for the past few years and have found it to be a very beneficial venue for providing training and education on updates and enhancements that are made to the system.
